Yeah I ask him for tips on handles sometimes. But you wouldn't be that lucky because all of us have an advantage or disadvangtage depending on where you live, we don't have everything the US has.. Get my point?

Basically everything coaches would teach you except he does it like 1000x times faster, he keeps saying the only way you can improve is to put all your potential into practicing somin like that.

well thats alot of help ...  so jus doeverything to your last breath right so ur heard em do drills 1000 times faster and stronger
