this could not be that accuate michael jordon has a higher standing vert then 20 my grandma has a higher standing vert then that.

yea.... i dont think its that accurate, and wow, maybe the VJB isnt the best thing in the world, i hope that kadour writes a book or something that rangerid can hack and get free for us to get a higher vertical

1. Thats when he was in high school/college so you obviously didnt read it and id like to see you jump 20inches high flat footed.

do you mean with out using your calves, i can standing vert jump like 45 but ive never tried it without using my calves

doubt of what when i get a video camera ill post a video for you but i have other things i want first, i have to pay for a house car, and want to buy some of the new skill enhancement products, like jump experts and speed experts.
