hard to learn but if you think about it the behind the back dribbling is pretty simple just like normal dribbling anyway to start off go to like a window or sumthing like dat so ya can see ur reflexions ok after slowly dribble like u dribble frontwards left to right then when u get the hang of it increase ur speed until u can do it without a window k when u can do it without a window try various ways e.g though ur legs then to ur back, crossover then to ur back dribbling, ect, feel me.....

u need to be able to be pretty flexible to do the one hand behind back...

certain stretches will help but i cant describe it...if u can hold the ball behind ur back using your elbow then u shud be able to dribble behind back fairly easy one handed

two handed..is a simple matter of prac...again and again...visualise where the ball is

it's easy dude. just think of how he does it then do it. it's either you ain't comfortable or your fundamentals is pretty weak.

i'd pretty much do what streetboy says but if ya wna get better use a tennis ball cuz its much smaller, so when u use a basketball it would be easier for you.

But yeah practice makes perfect..

if you dribble really low its not that hard cuz the ball is only out of your hands for a little bit of time, so you always know where the ball is pretty much. just pracitice.
