These are good.

in the and1 mixtape vol.3, this kid grabs the d's head and wraps the ball around his (own) back. its kinda like that

so basically, u put ur hand on top of the d's head, then spin around halfway with ur hand still on the top of his head, and roll the ball thru both ur legs with ur back to the defender. then take ur hand off the d's head and go get it. u gotta do it real fast for it to work, or else the d will just knock ur hand off.

another new moves;

1. swifty-

when in a 1-on-1, u need to be able to beat the defender quickly, and as easily as possible, so...

dribble towards the d, then do 1 cossover, (one side to the other), if the d reaches in go past them, if they follow slow down..... (note that when u go past them keep the ball on the side furthest away from them), ......slow down and when they reach u do a simple spin across the back of them and u should be past them and hav an easy lane to the hoop........
