what would you do if you were in this situation.
I keep versing my friend. and mostly this is what he does. hes bigger then me so like he puts his back on me and dribbles towars the basket. he keeps doing that over and over. and plus if i try to steal it it'll be considered a " reach " i mean i know i can beat him. but he has more body strenghth then me and when he reaches the goal he spins and shoots.
Any suggestions . ? like is there any cheap moves i can do =)

cheap moves? you've asked the right guy lol If he like bumps back at you hard, when he leans forward to get ready to bump, step to the side real quick so he bumps air, and then he falls. That's my favorite. Another good one is this. it only works if he's kinda slow (in the head ) just start to move to the left, reach your right arm around and snap next to his right ear. As you do that he'll turn a little bit and be confused/whatever so just come around and steal it.

Re: what would you do if you were in this situation.
ya i kno what u mean man, guardin post players sucks especially if ur a guard.
me, i just try to get position on him and dont let him get into the post. dont give him an inch of space, and keep it that way: because if ur smotherin him outside like that, he cant force his way in. cheap tricks might work once outta 15 times, but in the end its all about position and hustle.
o ya, and always d up on him with an arm bar if hes got his back to u. That's where you push him back a lil' with ur forearm, but only enough to keep position. sometimes, u gotta go with a double arm bar (both forearms), and if he starts backin down, push as hard as u can and dont give in.

im in the same position when i play the foreign exchange student from germany... when you check the ball body him up the second he turns around just block him,, guards can usually block post players one on one.... unless he can jump then just put your hand in his face and do anything it takes

I have a weight advantage, because I'm 180 pounds, most of the time, I do the pushing. What I do is when the guy trys to play post inside, I push him a little to get him off balance so he doesn't make the shot. And they don't call fouls on that.

Stick your kne between his legs, lower your center of gravity by crouching, forearm his lower back hard... it will hurt if he tries to push back too much.
