1) This is a really nice pass. Easy, not that flashy, but I like it, and it's a good thing to have. Have a teammate on your left. Cup the ball in your right hand. Bring the ball really fast (without dribbling) first up above your head then down to your left hip in an arc. Right as it touches your hip, throw it up over your head, from left to right. Step with your left foot to your left, so your body is facing away from the D. As you step, reach up/out/wherever you threw the ball with your right hand, catch the ball, and in that motion, throw it under your left arm to the teammate on the left.
Note: The ball never bounces on this pass. Also this is usually a bit of a travel. If you followed what i said, your pretty damn smart.

2) O2D - I actually named this one O2D cuz you go from offense to defense kind of. Kind of a stupid move. Dribble the ball straight back behind you, not very far, and at about chest level. As you do that, walk up to the D and stand there. They'll be confused for about a half second, then they'll try and go get the ball. Start to play kind of defense on them for a lil bit so they cant get the ball. It's actually kind of funny lol.

3) Start driving to the right. While your driving, stay kinda low to the ground (no straight back). Take big steps. As you dribble one of the times, just stick the ball on the ground in between your legs. Dont stop running while you do that. The D will think that was just another dribble and that you still have the ball. You'll keep running and so will the D, but the ball is back there on the ground. I think this move is called Dead Rock.

4) When the D is up close, reach around and pin the ball on his back with your left hand. Hold there for a short amount of time. Dribble from his back thru his legs to you. As the ball is coming back to you, start to spin to the right. Catch the ball in your right hand, complete the spin, and your past him. Works like a charm.

5) After dribbling, jump as high as you can and bring the ball up like your taking a shot. When you jump the D will do (usually) one of these things. They will A) turn around to look at the rim and follow the shot B) realize they weren't quick enough to block you and let you have it C) jump up to block you. Whatever they do, in the air, bounce it off there head and then just keep on dribbling.

I'll post more later but i gotta eat. Remember, a lot of moves in this post are just for fun, I'm not that serious sometimes.
