[west-side]

many of you may know this move off of the longest yard movie but w/e it is pretty simple.

1.)jog up to your defender
2.)quickly start to spin as though you are going to spin around them and go to the left hand side
3.)take your right hand (which is holdin' the ball) and bring it to your left hand side.
4.)toss the ball straight backwards (while your back is to the D half way through your spin) and have it go beside your D.
5.) continue your left spin and quickly run past your D and get the ball.

If this is done correctly, the ball should succesfully be behind your D man and they should think you still have the ball during your spin. They should get confused on where the ball is which should make it easier to get around them.
This must be done quickly!
