Get a strong backpack, fill it up with rocks or weights and start sprinting with less than your full effort to a certain distance, do this twice on a 100m or 200m distance, then do ur fastest on a 100m without the bag and weights, but dont do this too much as this training has high intensity, you'll overtrain yourself and your body will feel weak and remember to warm up and stretch or else you will too much strain on your muscles.
If you can't find weights or most like not be bothered to bring weights to a track, jog 2 laps, stretch your muscles, sprint with 75% effort on a 100m distance then walk back back to starting point, do this 3 times on a 100m distance then twice on a 200m distance.
Those exercise should be done twice a week, not both twice a week, just one of those twice a week, or both once a week, but it should have a 3 day gap for your rest period.
