A.J.'s New Move

hey, so i saw hot sauce do this move, then i tried it at school and worked. basicly u take the ball in ur right hand, swing ur right arm above his head and over to ur left side, ( he shuld think u have passed the ball) then quickly take it in ur left and and hold it behind ur back between ur elbows. ur arms will be pointing out so it will look lyk u dont have the ball. he will turn back around and face u and see u dont have the ball, sorta shrug and hold ur palms out. this is hard to get right but it makes ur defender look so stupid.

i did this at school in 3 on 3. the guy turned around and faced me again, n hes lyk wtf! and turned around and was looking round everywhere, then he shouted, where the f*ck is it!! n it had been lyk 15 seconds and then his team mate was lyk o god1 its between his elbows u dumbshit! lol, was my best moment ever in streetball i saw hot sauce do it, but im guessing he was freestyling and didnt name it, so im gonna call it elbow grease enjoy

I saw this move in And1 Mixtape vol. 3 yeah it's really coo'...the only problem is i can't hold it with my elbows like that Any exersices for that?!!

this move requires quickness and lot of practice,its hard 2 do,u've done it on some 13year old,try it on 20 u'll see whats gonna happen
i've make it once in a game and i use it 4 freestyle also.

Thing about dat is you gotta' catch em off guard wit moves like dat. Like U.F.O, I hit dat shit on errybody lol jus gotta freestyle a lil bit then execute the move real fast.

well im from australia, and i did this on a 14 year old, same age as me. i find it really easy to hold it between my elbows, but none of my friends can do it. kinda surprising coz its really easy, i must have lyk flexible long arms or something
homicide, u shuld put some vids up of u doing some of ur moves man.

Ya dude!!!! I got mah Digi cam stolen so I'ma use mah homeboy's phone, hopefully tomorrow. I'ma make a 5 move movelist just for a sample. You should do it too bro! And keep makin new moves 'cause dat motivates me lettin me know we're on da same page.

thats cool, ill try. i got a few moves but i need some defenders and some1 to film. At the moment im focusing on organized ball. But ill try and film some stuff and make some new moves when i got time.

Yeah I feel you. Shid I used to just freestyle dribble and pretend I had a defender infrunna me so I test my moves on my imaginated defender. OR I just walk around crossin random people, they never seen my moves so its easier
