first of all hi ppl i'm playing pf and sometime C my problem in the defence man to man when i play with ppl that are may be pro he come the way and in front of me he take his postion under the rimg i try to come beside him putting him in my body put make his hand that near me bend to make me away from him and recive with his second hand and i tried to go in front of him he put his hand on my back bent and recive a lop pass over me wat should i do :?

when he's far away from the rim, play off of him a bit. When he posts up, stay close, but make sure u dont get thrown off because of the spin move. When hes behind you, fight as hard as u can, to get behind him again. If the persons really big, and u have fouls to give, foul him up a bit. O, and try to deny the pass. when the ball comes 2 him, try hard not 2 let him have it.

my tall is 6.5 i'm pf for my tall i can play center but i prefer pf cuz my speed and vert help me some ppl at my tall are centers sometimes the coach call me to play center their bodies are huge for me

at offend i own them but in defend the sometimes own me and some the differ
