I haven't played basketball in about three days and now my dribbling skills are screwed

I can't even go threw my legs without messing up can anybody tell me whats wrong

I don't think you're NOOB because you didn't played basketball 3 days. It's just that you COULD NOT handle it before too. You CAN'T just LOSE the SKILL with 3 days man.

OMG Never listened on my life that player stop playing 3 days lose skills sometimes i stop playes for week or 2 weeks and return as good as i am
it is only one of two things u already don't master this skills before stopping so u can't do it now ,or u got ur memory deleted

I did not say I LOST MY SKILLS

and I could handle it before I can even do half of the tricks on this website I just asked for a tip or two on the problem I was having

you dont have adrenaline or you just sucked in the first place, i mean no body drops ball for 3 days and fucks up.

I don't understand you. How can a player lose his skills in 3 days? I can don't play for a week and play even better. I think you should play more mental games, that is you practise in your own brain. Try doing that.
