um, when im in the house i just dribble around a tennis ball or a ball the same size as 1 that bounces pretty high, like 1 of those spalding high bounce balls. when im playing with a basketball i just go outside and do scrossovers and stuff, pretending there are defenders and watnot. i do the jordan walk, thats where ur walking while putting it between your legs and then i will do streetball moves like slip and slide and just some other ones i see in videos and games.

My program:
1. 5 Hours of Ball practice in the dark
2. 6 hours of spider dribbling, figure eights and other fundamentals
3. 5 hours of doing the Hurricane
4. 6 hours of doing the sauce2k
5. 7 hours of doing Killer Crossovers
6. increase the amount of hours in a day to 29 hours to complete my program
OR
1. watch 24 hours of Hot Sauce mixes until u vomit every time u walk past a bottle of mere ketchup and claw ur eyes out when someone says "my friend just bought a bommerang from Australia!"

i have made a program for speed and control, i made instructions on how to do the drills as well as a video of me doing them. im uploading videos to youtube, so i will have it posted on SBT in a day or 2
