This move only works if your D is in a defensive stance with his knees bent.
1) Dribble a lil bit
2) In a bowling motion, bowl the ball towards the D.
3) Make the ball bounce off the ground a lil first, but try to aim it so that after it bounces it hits the D's shin/knee.
4) The ball should come right back to you.
This is a really easy move but its fun to do if you just do it over and over if the D doesn't catch you
