y'all can swear when it's appropriate but i see where Shodaddy is comin from. Like i hate when ppl swear for no reason (e.g. Tech) but swearin is part of the language

yo, i tried it and it works i did it and i dont know if it gave me 4 inches or not but usually i have trouble finishing these 180 and 2handed dunks but yesterday was now freakin problem!!! man, i just visulized my self like i did last night; remebered that wooden floor, all the girls walkn around, and the ball. if u want it to work u have to really remeber what u 'vividly remembered' the last night and just keep it in ur mind. even get in the same spot as u were in ur dream. then when i went for it its like the EXACT same thing happened the same way, dogs, u got to TRY THIS OUT!

heres the thing mental workouts can and are proven to give you as much as 4 to 5 inches after the first time using it, but you cant expect to gain much more ythan that. and you must continue to do it.

ya i agree w/ u because u cant just to this so that u can lift 25 more pds. over night either, but, i think ur body can do a little more then u think it can do without doing anything if u know what i mean.

as i said once before, pro athlets do train there mind, either through mental training or another form of mental training hypnosis.

also anybody who has heard that the mile run was once run in like 3 minitutes and like 43 seconds, the only reason people broke the 4 minute mark is mental training.


mental training can be used to get past sticking points in weight training, shoot better in basketball.

it does work but it will only work so long, because youll plateau.
