as i said once before, pro athlets do train there mind, either through mental training or another form of mental training hypnosis.
also anybody who has heard that the mile run was once run in like 3 minitutes and like 43 seconds, the only reason people broke the 4 minute mark is mental training.
mental training can be used to get past sticking points in weight training, shoot better in basketball.
it does work but it will only work so long, because youll plateau.
