Default How to ally-oop

I'm not sure whether i should post this here or in te Jump section but anyway,

i'm trying to learn the ally-oop, i seen others do it like professionals so i tried it but when i grab the ball wit my hands, i either grab it too low and fail to make it or it is too high. anyone have any instructional videos or any self learn mehods?

and should i grab the ball in midair like a shooting position or do a 2 handed shot?

First try 2 dunk it of the lob...than try the alley-oop(or a self-oop)!

ok i see, but should i do the shooting style(1 handed shot, 1 hand to shoot, 1 hand to shoot)for more accuracy when i alley oop the ball or use 2 hands for more power. and if i get too used to alley ooping wit 2 hands, will my 1 handed shots be affected?

it is just that i dont know how to alley properly. its either i catch the ball too early or too late. next thing i'm not sure is whether i should shoot the ball with 1 hand just like a shooting position after catching the ball or use 2 hands to shoot after catching, and will shooting the ball in mid-air with 2 hands affect my shooting ON THE GROUND or will it not?

it shouldnt affect your shooting on the ground coz in n alley oop ur in a different position to wen u r shooting normally (on the ground). but just keep practicin ur alleys n im sure ull get it rite.
