I think you need to take some time and asses why your getting blocked. for example.

1. Am i jumping high enough?
2. Am i protecting the ball both when im driving and going up for a layup?
3. Am i going up with 2 hands?
4. Am i assesing the defense before driving in order to know you can make the shot without getting blocked (know your limitations)
5. Can i go with either left or right hand strong?

those are just a few of the possibilitys that could be stuffing your layups up, on the other hand your only very young so i wouldent worry bout it to much, if you want id start practising floaters or runners in the lane before you even get near to getting blocked like tony parker or steve nash does.

try use the rule says :the ball ur body then th defender so i mean if u r entering a right lay up u make a body contact with the defender and shoot the ball with ur right hand (don't enter with ur face to th defender u lke that give him the ball ) i'm saying that cause i'm 6.6 and alot of short ppl do this if i stop at thier face to block the ball when i jump with him he will get a foul thats Y another way to block lol i waits until he pass me and when the ball gets out f his hand i get the ball

one learn to not slow down wen taking a lay up stay real fast. you can also trick your opponents in the air try a twist or somethin half way through your jump. this one also real hard to get blocked, launch yourself about a meter and a half a way from the ring but go for a reverse, real hard to block.

yeah if u watch the pros like a.i is a great example only 6' among 7 footers they kinda fade back not too much cuz u want them to call fouls the key is to lay it high off the glass and unless ur shooting on a guy who can hang on the top of the backboard it's not going to be blocked it will take practice to get the perfect spot down but in a year u'll be doing it with ur eyes closed

just try to vary your layups dont do the same thing all the time... but your young so you have a lot of time to get new moves down.. focus more on doing floaters or doing pullups till your comfortable with going up against bigger defenders. also the height of your jump and your hand placement affect weather or not its gunna get stuffed and always try to draw the contact.. even if it gets blocked you might have a chance to go to the line.

Look at how Iverson finishes. He has a really nice lay up. As he starts his layup, he just doesn't jump vertically, he also turns in the air as he does it. Hard to explain, just watch him play.

If you keep getting blocked, LEARN REVERSE LAYUPS, then your defender can't block it because you're on the other side of the net. If you can't do reverse layups, then use the Ball, Body, Defender thing previosuly mentioned, or lean in to the defender to make contact and lay it up, if the defender blocks it, he will probably foul you(unless he has like 7'0 wingspan) and earn your points at the Free Throw Line.
