i used to do this a couple times in game for a fast break but only if you have someone in front of you or just 1 vs 1 works either way.

1. get in position in front of the basket in between the foul line and three point line with your man in front.
2. cross it from your left to the right and get close to the man on the left side.
3.spin left keeping the ball in your right hand and go fowards keep on going to the basket (once you've spun u can switch to the left hand so it doesnt get stolen) with your man basically on your side or a little behind.
4. get airborne and spin so your spinning in the air and lay the basket in reverse with your right hand wen you spin enough to the basket (make sure its off the backboard)

good way to make a break look good and without fully beating your man. takes a fair bit of air control but looks good wen put in motion.

it can be but i used it on breaks jsut to ad something nice at the end but also make the d look stupid. i think it looks better wen used on the run cause the speed ads to the effect, like "wait wat did he jsut do" cause its fast they cant see everything you do even though its simple.

youve got to make sure your using ur steps wisely for this move lol or you could be caught for travelling

but i thought it was a spin lay up like charge to hoop on right side then steo with left then spin clockwise to right foot then lay it in.

i would but i got a rule im not gonna post a video on this site unless its me dunking lol. but its pretty simple, its always hard to write out moves as people can interpret them differently.
