running vert: 25 inches (same thing above)

aim:
1.standing and running vert 30+ inches
2.get the vjb
3.become a centre in my school team cos the tallest centre we have is only 170cm ... dots

Oh and if you want to practice Dunk alley-oops, this is what i do, my friend has got an adjustable hoop so i put it at around 8ft to practice with, that way you can learn the basics without really having to jump too high.

I can't dunk yet but its fun dunking on a smaller rim, just don't blag about it because it comes back to you...thats how my bet started

i understand what hes talking about the air alley oop how you push it up into the ring i reccomend you alley with accuracy i mean start off with two hands and then 1 . jus push it at the square

well it depends how far out you are, if its just at lay up difference it should be to hard but you kind of have to judge it in the air to how you shoot it.

u need to stop in the air thats all don't jump when the ball just realeased jump when the ball is nearly u but know ur place i mean know where u r cuz don't take the ball and u look to basket u say OMG I'M TOTALY UNDER THE RIM it happened with me one time i was running without looking where am i to the basket
