i wouldn't want a dvd, just practise yourself

running vert: 25 inches (same thing above)

aim:
1.standing and running vert 30+ inches
2.get the vjb
3.become a centre in my school team cos the tallest centre we have is only 170cm ... dots

better basketball is actually pretty good. It's about 40 mins and it has tips, moves and abunch of drills

yo BB Handlings got 100+ drills you can do. And shows you change of direction moves aswell.

dude, u learn dribbling drills at bball when u little or at training. or it can take uu 5 mins to look up drills on google. or u can just practice crossovers and shit...
