im a 13 year old balla from england im 5 ft 4 nd i can dunk a 9ft rim, and touch a 91/2-10 ft backboard is my jump any good??

hey whats up um i think that for ur age that ur doing good on ur leap so dont try to rush anything just take it as it comes shit im 5 foot 4 dunking on 8 foot rims but quite cant reach nine just keep it up and im more than sure that one day u will get where u need to be

lol im 12 and 5'7'' 1/2.. i can touch 7' foot, at the top of my fingers. I can touch 8'9'' while jumpin.

dont use air alertgives you injuries. use verical jump bible try thejump101.com,terminlvertical.com, and unitedathletes.net. these aree all good forums that about vertical jumping. Im in it but my username is Young Hu$tla.
