We had like 3-4 threads about this move damn it! But still...90% of us can't do it(including me) lol! It's too hard,but one sickass move for making dope combos and impressing the crowd! What you should do is i think you put your heel on the ball first just before you step on it,then give it a spin as fast as you can(it's not about how hard you push) so you flick it high in the air!

this move is a sick shove it in a combo but i really cant do it

ok so i think its like first u put the ball flat on the ground. And then but your midsole on top of the ball and then you have to kind of push down and forward on the ball but push down pretty hard but not to hard to stop the ball. and u dont really move your foot forward too fast and then it shud pop up.

i can do it!!!!



even though i can only get a lil bit of air lol

i can do it...but it messes up my ball too much so i only do it wit other balls or in the gym lol

its all about getting a feel for the ball wit ur feet...u kno how u can make the ball move in strange directions when ur a good dribbler? its cus u got a good feel for the ball. u jus gotta keep playin wit it...ask someone who can dribble a soccer ball, theyll prolly be able to do it haha
