Play the D low doing simple crossovers. When you feel you have the chance, with the D's legs wide,bring the ball round their leg, through it and to your left arm.

fake drives almost alway work and when they do you pull a quik crossover the other direction and blow past him and if you do it fast enough they sometimes fall
