i need some moves for normal basketball like nba rules. No disrespect at all to streetball but i'm trying out for my school b-ball team and i need some post moves, dribble moves(moves that don't involve travelling or carrying)

when backin in the defender feel what side he is on if he is leaning more to the left spin to the right and finish with a power move or a fadaway off the glass if leaning to the right do the opposite. Use a couple pump fakes but not to many and sometimes the best move is quickly just go up with it right after u get the pass. while driving u can go up holdin the ball with one arm away from ur defender and lay it in or u could hold the ball tightly and go up strong trying to draw a foul. You can also surprise them in u quickly hit a floater so they wouldnt have a chance to block it

heres a gudd combo

cross-spin-cross

1. start near tha middle of da court and go rite
2. do a spin move (between ur legz 2 da left and spin 2 da rite)
3. huge cross 2 tha left (do evrythang da otha way if ur a lefty)

search how 2 break ankle cross over style on youtube and a vid should cum up and itz in dat

if u got speed use it for starters, then if u can dribble ok combine the two to do a real fast crossover while your goin fast. mostly if you got a one on one situation.

well u should gotta see wat the defense is giving you, do wat u can with their defence, if u can blow past them then do it, if u got the shot shoot it, if u can make the nice crisp pass then pass it! just dont stand in one freakin spot and dribble dribble dribble...
