Great site, its one of best sites for moves. most site dont have vid so its really helpful.

I learnt a few moves from there about 2 years ago, I loved that site.

haha! duh! the def are meant to look dumb so you can see what happens when you pull off the move successfully.

in reality, the def wont look like hes caught in some slow-mo warf.
