Hey for those ppl who wanted to learn Exile's stiff leg I'll give you some tips on how to do it.
For those of you who dont know what Exiles stiff leg is its when you step on the ball and the ball bounces up.

never practice the move barefoot or no shoes. this could hurt your ankle.

its not about how hard you should push down on the ball with your leg its about how much spin you put on it.

it helps if you have your foot in the middle of the ball, and with your heel move it forward a bit before you step on it.

practice the move with high shoes. once your good at the move then it is safe to use low cuts.

it doesnt matter if your shoes have good grip on the bottom or not

haha yah i jus learned dis move dis summa......was reel hard at first but im gettin da hang of it now

i jus advice catz to be careful while doin dis move or u cud injure urself

trust me its not that hard. i got it down in a few minutes. put your heel and the middle of your foot on top of the ball. push it forward a bit and then u stomp on it. not too hard or u could hurt ur foot and u mite miss the ball. that really hurts. in the end ur whole foot should be normaly on the ground. if u do it rite then the ball should go off the back of your leg. i promise u could probably get it down in a week at the most.
