Hey guys. I'm new here, and I'd like to show you my own little move.
Ok, this move is called 'Rice-Cakes' because my friend was eating a disgusting Rice-Cake at the time we were playing.
1) Take ball and grab it with two hand's.
2) Very quickly throw it between your left leg from the backside.
3) Grab the ball with your right hand and throw it through your left leg again, but from the frontside.
4) Grab the ball with your left hand and throw it between your leg's from the backside, now, your defender should be infront of you and the ball should bounce between his leg's.
5) Now, if you do this correctly, you should run past the defender as he tries to grab the ball, and if you do it successfuly, put it in the hoop.
