easy but effektive moves
i am looking for some easy moves..
one of those i use most is were i spin to the left then i throw the ball out to the side just so much so i still can reach it then as he reaches after it i cross under him (or thrugh his legs)
if you do it right it can be very effektive (i have broken some ankels that way)
