just turn left o right real fast switch the ball to your other hand to complete it..

EX: i spin right with the ball in my right hand and end up with the ball in my left..

in the middle of the spin. try to change the position of the ball. example: if you're right handed try to change it to left hand vice versa, while in the middle of the spin try spinning faster coz it can really be meek if you try to practice it slowy tho. bend your knees like in triple threat position.. as low as posible..
