this sounds easy but well its not hard but not easy put ball on ground cup hand hit ball hard (being able 2 have all of hand fit on ball) with edge of palm on center of ball when hit bring hand back up immediatly and if done rite should pop ball up try doing on football first it may help

Record a video of your move. Go to YouTube.com, make an account, and upload the video, it's not hard, you wont miss it.
