Default Skip to my lou's dribbling program

Hello. I'm going to do Skip to my lou's Dribbling program this summer but I don't understand some of these exercises. What means - Windmill Around Legs w/ Dribble; Walking crab dribble; Punching Bag; Kneeling Figure Eights; Walking Reverse Crossover Dribble; Push Pull Dribble?

Windmill around legs w/ dribble - tap the ball quickly around your legs with not that much bounce

Crab dribble is like the spider. The ball goes under your ass and you tap it 2 time in front and 2 times in the back and continue

punching bag- put the ball on the ground and tap with both hands as fast as you can while keeping the 1-2 beat so the bounce doesn't die

kneeling figure eight. circle the ball around your legs quickly / no dribble
thats all i know...

Creative shots: Have fun and create a scenario where you take a different type of shot.

Beat the Rival: A game against yourself, If you make a basket you get one point, if you miss, you get minus one point.
