like when u do the shamgod, usually if ur right handed u start with the rock in the left, and u sorta throw it to ur left side (the right side of the D) and with ur right hand u hav to reach over ur body and catch it before the D does. pretty shitty explanation sry

its really hard trying to explain moves by typing, what u should do (and what i do) is go look on the internet and find some streetball vids and when u look at a move that u really like, not only look at the guy (or girls) hands when they do it also look at their legs or feet because thats what really makes a move look like a move

if you are right handed, I usually do a regular cross dribble over to my left hand, toss the ball straight up and with my right hand, reach across to my left side without moving my leg ( on this part) and bring it back over. Hard to explain what to do with the feet.

i noticed the shammgod clip on hoopsvibe and it seems to be done differently than how i've "read" it....he doesnt start with his left hand and bouncing it towards the right (of the opponent)...instead he uses his right hand to dribble to the right (of the opponent) and gets it back with his left....anyone have more clips of how these moves should be done? it's alot easier to understand them when you see it rather than just reading it
