at about 2:03 in the video is when it shows the move im talkin about. its pretty simple but kinda hard at the same time

yeah of course, sweet vid, notics are HOT.

yeah that move is simple, it's just awkward with the arm. As you bring it back, cup the ball, and swing your arm. then when it gets back there, try and touch the outside of your wrist to your back. if you can do that, then just drop or dribble the ball out again. take it slow.

its easier too, if you use your right hand and bring the ball behind your back, turn your back to the left and hit it of the side of your back or shoulder blade, i cup the ball between my hand and forearm for that move works so well.
