Default Help With Elbow Cage
hey guys i seriously need help wid the elbow cage thing where u trap the rock between ur elbows behind ur back. i always miss or drop it. tips plz?

u have to be real flexible dont u?....do those stretches.. where u put ur palm against the wall and face away from it..know what im talking about?

Also one more thing....get a friend to put it der for u and if it hurts ...den u definitely got a flexibility prob der..n wud have to do those stretches
