Yo i need sum help with this trick. I just cant get the ball to go high and forward. I can only manage one or the other and i end up hitting the d in the face. sumone help me!

well first do pushups to make ur wrist stronger. if ur under 13 u probably cant do it cuz u dont hav any natural muscles u get from puberty.

u juz have to get more momentum wit da ball...watcha do is

say if ur right (yes im being nice..coz im a lefty) ..the ball is in your right..u crossover through the legs to your left with each leg back and forth till u get da D relaxd..or in a state of "yes i can predict his next move!" ...

anyway the most crucial part for u..is as u cross from your left hand...under the legs to your right hand...u use that motion to flick the ball up wit ur wrist as it comes to ur right hand..get at wat im saying?
