This is a variation to Hot Sauce's Flinstone Shuffle. Basically you dribble the ball from hand to hand. Now say that your dribbling and at the moment its in your right hand, you *FAKE* a dribbble to your left hand by doing the same dribbling motion with the right hand as you would to dribble the ball to your left hand, but you dont take the ball with you this time.Then you run a step or 2 forwards, the D will follow you. Go back and retrieve the ball.This trick works quite often for me if im dribbling from hand to hand often.Its VERY easy to.

A variation you can do for the above trick is to dribble the ball really low, then once again fake a dribble leaving the ball behind and then with the leg closest to the ball you stomp it down slow then you sprint off to the net.The trick is to dribble very low so that you can easily stomp it down without making alot of noise.
