my favourite move its done by hot sauce a bit but not sure what it is called
only for one on ones when no one else is near you
1.get close to the defender
2.either bounce the ball behind your back from left to right a couple of times
or
bounce the ball between your legs
3.cup the ball behind your back
4.quickly flick the ball over the defender and your head without them noticing
5. run past him and get the ball

Those moves look pretty entertaining. I'm always more impressed with the ones that have flair, but can be used legally in a real game. If somebody gets broke off, and the move was legal... it's just that much more impressive... this new instructional video out, Super Moves, has over 50 of em like that... crazy stuff. it's at Instructional Basketball Videos and Training Programs.
