Help on a move

Can anyone tell me how to master the move that KH did on the notic 2, the one where the D was about 5 feet away, and KH puts it in his shirt but not infront, in the back but bouncing it between his legs and catching it in the back, anyone get what im saying? heh

uh i think u need a loose fit shirt t odo that i think what he did was right before he threw the ball through his legs he used his other hand to open up the back of his shirt a lil bit so the ball could go in

dont bounce it hard. just drop it so it gets just high enough for u to catch that way u have max time to lift ur shirt up
