Ok This move is a great move to suprise theD with and put them off balance (or even make dem fall). It can also b done in open court as a trik to get the crowd going. Ok heres how itz done: Build up a bit of a run and then as u aproach the D fall backwards so that you r abou 2 fall on ure ass. but as you fall place the ball on the ground with ure right hand, hold ureself up wit the left and then roll the ball under ure body. roll over ure left hand (keeping ure body of the floor) and scoop the ball up again. get up spinning and if the D stepped back as ure feet slid into him push him down.
