dribble with a tennis ball do each hand for about 20min. each
with a real ball-dribble in each hand for 20 min,dribble two balls at the same time,bounce the ball between you legs up and down your block or around it,
do sit-ups and bounce the ball do ten in each hand,when ever you are walkin to the store in you hood or jus sumwhere close take your ball and bounce it
