lakrs that was actually a really good explanation. i'll do one too.
1) Ball in right hand, lift up left leg.
2) Put the ball under your left leg (I didn't say dribble it yet). As you put it under your leg, turn your hand over so the ball is facing the ground.
3) Now dribble the ball out to the right a little. As you do that (im talkin, right as you do that. actually right as you let go of the ball) throw your left leg behind you and land on it, and bring up your right leg so it goes under that.
4) The ball just went under your right leg, so now throw your right leg back and land on it (the ball is outside of that leg) so with your left hand, reach across and dribble it back across thru your legs.
5) Catch it with left hand again, and dribble back to front thru the legs.
Also, what Pat does a lot after this move is he takes the ball in his right hand, bounces the ball behind his back, but makes it land in front of him (he wraps it around himself) and bounces it high. Then, he spins to the left (into the ball, not away from it) and as he comes around catches it with his left hand then finishes the spin. After he's done with the spin, he puts it behind his back again.
