This is not a move it`s sort of like an And1 faka lay-up
1.)First of all you have to be running towards the goal for this to be most effective like a fast break or just running towards the basket, but if you`re skilled enough you can just jog towards the basket and do it but it`ll be harder b cuz you might get enuff air or velocity or speed so like I said it might be effective enuff.
2.)Run towards the basket put your arm out like your doing a lay-up(have a defender in the air wit u tryin to block u)
3.)As you put your arm out cross your left hand over your right (the hand wit the ball) but don`t wrap it around just cross it over makin a X with both arms.
4.)Next turn in mid-air as graceful as possible if u want if ur talented enuff turn half way in mid-air and then turn again to make it look nice!, like a malfunctionin robot lol
5.)As you turn wrap your left arm around the right arm and lay-up the ball as you turn (prolly or most likely you`ll fall when you do this if you do it be ready and have your hands out when u fall cuz like the name it`s a pretty twisted move and hard too
Some people prolly won`t understand this move as easily as my other one it`s more complicated than the other one but shorter
