Default Improving range

I want to improve the range of my shot and make it accurate at the same time. I know the practice is always good but are there any shooting work outs that I can do that help. I have been doing the Skip To My Lou shooting plan and am wondering is there any thing else out there that works better.

You could lift weights a little, or shoot with a heavier ball. Or lie down and shoot up into the air and catch it, do that like 500 times.

leg training and wrist training. plus triceps (and you cant work triceps without biceps) so pretty much work everything or grow, whatever... lol

There's a difference in practicing shooting and practicing shooting techinque. If you only practice shooting, you won't really get better.
