Ok so I knew that I should have taped the side were you can adjust the hoop were it was 9 ft. Im 6'2. My friend is 6'3. My friend can do a 360 on 10 ft. I can do some basic dunks n 10 aswell.

And I actually did VJB before. After 3 months of Novice Weights and Novice Plyos combined. I went from a 20 to a 26 inch standing. And 26 inch running to a 32 inch running. But those three months were hell because they tookk so much rime and effort. I didnt miss 1 workout.
Now my friend thats black is just hella athletic and does high jump in track.
