I'm a spanish white 5 '7 short arms guy and started playing bball 3 years ago.
Like everyone i wish to have hops but not even get to the backboard when jumping. So I decided 4 months ago to do a program myself of jumpsoles and vjb weightlifitng.
ANd after 3 months and a half I can see lots of improving on my vert.

lol not really hanging on the ring but still a fair effort. keep up the good work

thats pretty good for short arms, try jumping more with a ball, even if u can put ur whole arm over the rim, jumping with a ball is totally different.

thats not really hanging, but its still a good effort. i coudlnt even do that when i was 6 ft with long arms

I hav dunkd 2wice and im 5'7 and dats all he kan do? im not haten but i grab rim easy doe. Neva workd on ma hops.
