Well Rubio aint a bitch but Jennings looks way better in the skills aspect and the physical ability. Rubio has to work on his speed and try to improve his jumpshot because it takes him way too much time to shoot it. He will get blocked everytime in the NBA

Many players in the US are not because you have to be 19 to play in the NBA, and the euroleague is not as good. I don't see how that makes him better.

euroleague play is still better than HS and most college play in America. having that much experience at his age is going to really help him once he gets to the league. it also shows that he can still develop his body a little more before he gets to the league.

NBADraft.net - Ricky Rubio
DraftExpress NBA Draft Prospect Profile: Ricky Rubio, Stats, Comparisons, and Outlook

if you read those and look at where they have him being drafted, you'll see that that actual scouts agree with me.

because its their job to scout players? why are coaches called coaches? they are called scouts because they scout players, and put the info on scouting websites. they go to all the games and events and give scouting reports on the players.
scout - Definitions from Dictionary.com
that is what scout means, so the people who scout players are called scouts.
DraftExpress - NBA Draft, NCAA/International Basketball Website.
NBADraft.net | About NBADraft.net Mock Draft
how are they not actual scouts? they are professional scouts.
