heres my dunk video. THE NET IS 9'9. IT JUST LOOKS SHORTER CAUSE OF WHERE THE CAMERA MAN (MY BROTHER) IS STANDING. oh and dont mind the gay shit my bro says. he was trying 2 sing soul survivor

After 4 weeks of VJB Intermediate Strength Training + plyometrics
Running vert went to 29-30

yeah man. i think it says on youtube, but my ankle killed that day in the morning. during the afternoon when i was playing, it died out, but when i put strain on it, it killed. so it hurt a bit. and i barely dunked it cause i cant palm the ball. i dunk it a bit easier 2 handed.
