Re: dunk attempts/vert mix
He doesn't just play bball. He also does track/athletics. The strength and power that he gains through training will have good carryover to his other sports.

Re: dunk attempts/vert mix
Very nice although your vert does seems a little lower, just a little. Very close to dunking, keep it up, I like your video.

I had a corked quad when doing this mix so i prolly wasnt tops and the fact that the rim was 10'1 and i was in a rush to do everything in 20 minutes didnt help.
left leg: 34-37 3 inch (improvement)
right leg: 39-41 inch (2 inch improvement)
2 legged: 36-34 inch? (-2 inches)
standing vert: 32-30 inches (-2 inches)
seems that not doing strength work for a while put my 2 legged vert down.

wow, the EXACT thing happens to me. its just sometimes mines rolls in.

Re: dunk attempts/vert mix
Its not me who's measuring wrong. I haven't heard 1 complaint yet on tvs bout the vert being lower. I did jump close to 41 inches that workout but as i said it got overrecorded, the highest in that was 39 or so. Btw vertical refers to how high you can actually jump, not how high you can jump with a ball.. i agree i only get about 36 inches with a ball max.
@madpropz, your also 13 years old, meaning your not fully grown yet. your prolly not reffering to the part of the wrist i am either.
@munky if u can get as high as i can your vert would be at least 36-37 inches not 32...
You can call me a lier if u want, but i have never lied bout anything to anyone. If u knew me i dont lie. Mathematically it cant be incorrect, 30 inches to touch rim since its 10'1 and i got 9 inches down my arm, i can put up a picture at the highest point to prove that.

I get about 12,5 inches over the rim and my reach is 7'8" (i measured again and it is 7'8" not 7'7")...so what's my vert?!

Re: dunk attempts/vert mix
if that really is the case, then your PR jump would be 40 1/2 inches.
