Mohamed is the black dude. He is 6'2 with about a 34 inch running vertical.
Max is the white boy. He is 6'2 with about a 32 inch vertical.
We are both 16 years old.

nice, how much u gain of vjb? i think u could jump higher if u changed your jump a bit. read the thread on jumping techniques keep the vids coming

So far I need to work on
Faster run up.
Bring my right knee up faster when Im jumping of my left leg.
Jump further from the rim.
Its nice to see that you have also gained so much from VJB.
I actually gained pretty good and quickly from Novice Weights/Novice Plyos.
I started with a RVJ 26 and SV 20.
After 3 months I got RVJ 32 and SV 26.
But I wouldn't always jump the same height consistently. Than I just started to lift weights and do plyometrics from VJB. After that it became a little easier to jump 32 more consistently.
Finally Dunking on 10!!!
