I figure ill post these here to. Pretty dissapointed with the results i got but understandable since i wasnt on a wood court or have any springsoles on etc. Just a pretty bad day i guess, havent stretched staticly in a month. anyway heres some pictures from my test vid the other day, im not gonna upload any videos until i get to test on a wood court and know my real vert, nothing to impressive but enjoy. first/second was the highest i got of a standing vert, third pic of a running right leg and fourth of a running left leg. These were all at the highest points. Im 5'10 5'9 without shoes and have a 7'6 reach with shoes, im pretty sure rim is 10 ft

nice but are u fully rested? coz ur getting up higher in ur dp...

yeh im fully rested, im getting about the same height in that 3rd pic as my dp. The rim in my dp was 9'10.5-9'11 to this one is definately 10'0 if not more coz it was hella hard to get any dunks on it. But i should be going to a wood court sometime this week and im expecting at least 3-4 inches more then i was jumping in those pics.

keep training you will get there

im about the same as you atm.

havent done vert training for about 2 months now, just kept up with basketball regularly and static stretched daily(for my osgood schlatters)which mainatins ma vert, but i still manage to get rim easy pretty much whenever i want to.

im like in between the dunking and grabbing rim phase.

i believe if i had time for a program i would be dunking by the end of the year.
