Improvement to his running form is not strictly necessary imo. Also, he'll naturally be able to build up to more speed in his run up. No point sprinting to the take off point, loading the muscles when he is not strong enough to absorb the extra forces. Slowly, he'll just add inches. His take off looks pretty good.

Yeah i can get a 2 handed self oop off the bounce and a 180, but i have no coordination for that 360 yet...and the camera is just ridiculous!
